My husband has been a Resident at the Pearsall Nursing and Rehab Center for past 14 months. He is getting the best care 24/7. I visit him daily from 7am till 6:30 pm . He, himself loves it here and is very comfortable here. The CNA down his hall are very caring and tentative . The Nurses? They are the best I have ever seen and I work in the Medical Field myself with UTMB. Thank you Staff for a job well done and Congratulations on your 5 Star.
