This place is grossly understaffed. Staff is sweet, but they are buried in patients. A patient cannot even get a glass of water for more than an hour sometimes. It gets far worse than that, but suffice to say that if they’re waiting an hour for a response for water, how long do you think they wait for other things? Minimum, 20 minutes- an hour.<br>Try to get a social worker to meet w u!! That takes at least a week if not 2.

My wife spent three and a half months at Willow Springs in Palm Desert early in 2026 after a terrible fall. I visited her almost every day and even tasted some of her meals which I thought were very good. I was particularly impressed at how pleasant the staff was. Almost everyone seemed happy, and greeted me as I passed in the hallways. There were always nurses available at the stations, and the people I met who looked after my wife were caring and professional. As she progressed, we walked throughout the well kept facilities and spent time on the patio. I can’t say enough about how pleased I was with Willow Springs.

I had an excellent experience with Willow Springs Healthcare Center. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely caring. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and has a calm, comforting atmosphere.<br><br>The Administration and medical team is knowledgeable and takes the time to listen to concerns, explain treatments clearly, and ensure that every patient feels heard and respected. The leadership team is dedicated to provide high-quality care.<br><br>I would highly recommend Willow Springs to anyone looking for professional, compassionate, and reliable healthcare services.
