I’m very dissatisfied with the Dell Webb homes here in Tradition. They are far from award winning! I’ve been here for close to 4 years and a lot of my friends have experienced disappointment in these homes!!<br>Recently I had a leak in my garage in the attic. I noticed it was a slow leak. I tried for days trying to get a hold of someone from Dell Webb. I decided after 4 days that I need to get this fixed before I leave on the 23rd. I called Benjamin Franklin plumbing. They came out that day that I called. It was fault material in the pix tubing that Dell Webb uses in building these homes. I also had a little mold on the wall behind a picture.<br>It cost me 325.00 to fix the plumbing in Friday. Dell Webb finally calls me back on Monday. He says that is not there protocol n they won’t refund me! This is unacceptable. I didn’t know what to do. I’m alone n I have never had to deal with something like this.<br>I would never recommend this company to anyone!! Beware!!
