Our friend Millie used to be in a nursing home where they had staffing issues and a large population of elderly folks with varying degrees of dementia and Alzheimer's. She would wonder the halls with little supervision. She was moved to the Bay Isles Senior Care facility on Whipple Ave and she is doing so much better. She gets personalized one-on-one care with a friendly caring staff. It is just like being at home for her. We are so glad they had availability to care for our dear friend. Don't send your loved ones to a nursing home without first checking out Bay Isles Senior Care. It is a much better solution.

We met Marci last July when we toured her facility. Mom and I were very impressed. After moving in, I received very positive feedback from mom that she was very happy being there. I get the occasional video of mom doing her “Salsa” dancing. Amazing that a 76-year-old can still do that.<br>Mom had a stroke and was taken to the hospital by ambulance. Marci followed up with mom in the hospital. Visiting almost every day. I gave the OK for the hospital to speak with Marci. While mom was in the hospital, she was a staunched advocate for her. Her medical background and experience help mom get the best care possible and kept everyone on their toes.<br>We were lucky enough to find a place where residents come first. Excellent health and mental care. All owners and providers have deep compassion for their clients. We have experienced a clean, organized home, healthy nutrition, social interactions for positive energy, excellent health care resources, and supportive care for the client and the family! This facility has been an answered prayer.

Marcia and Stacha run a beautiful home. It has been a wonderful experience working with them to transition my Mom to their home. I cant say enough good things about their facility. If I would have known about this residential home I would have never went with A large facility. No comparison in care, cleanliness, and overall comfort for your loved one. It is difficult to have peace of mind when your parent suffers with dementia, but knowing a home such as this one is caring for your loved one does give you some comfort in this terrible journey of alz/dementia.
