vancouver rv was i nice park when i moved in.now it has turned getto.no landscape service.garbage service cut to 1 day a week 1 dumpster removed.garbage piled up everywere.cars and kids toys constanly blocking fire lanes.hopefully will get better when the bank reposes it

This facility is very good. Has exceptional cleaning staff. The cleaning staff deserves 5 stars, but we as people need to be more compassionate from nurses and management. But I do feel as though that, with improvement and better training This facility can be a five star all the way

My Father was a patient here for past 3 years until he passed in January. Don't agree with the post about Bernice Higgins and the others from the billing office. Always had a great experience. They were always very professional, courteous and helpful. Visited the office weekly to check for mail. Had an issue with Dad's monthly charge after going to SNF which she took care of. The building is very old and definitely need in repair. Main elevators always an issue. Kudos to many of the staff me/Dad and my brothers met during his stay. The activities department was great especially Alexus. My Father was first on 5th floor, dementia unit for 2 years then SNF for 1 year.

The rehab at Deer Meadows was very poor very dissatisfied with it. Some of the workers were saying how bad it was there. They don't have all the equipment they need for a stroke victim.
