My grandmother is 93 years old, and we trusted this home care service to help monitor her health. Unfortunately, that trust was broken. A severe foot infection was not caught, and it progressed to a point where she could have lost her entire foot. This was not something minor — it was clearly advanced and should have been addressed much sooner. At her age, missing something this serious is extremely concerning and unacceptable. Families rely on home care providers to protect vulnerable patients, and in this case, that did not happen. I hope this is taken seriously so no other family has to experience this.

Thank you Deaconess home health care for providing my mother with excellent hospice care. The guidance we received from all involved was invaluable to my sister and I. This was uncharted turf for both of us, I can’t even fathom how we would have managed without your services. Everyone: nurses, CNAs, help desk, social workers and spiritual advisors all were incredibly professional and compassionate. In particular, a heartfelt thank you to Nurse Angela for her daily support and being a darn good sport about Mom biting her. And night Nurse Rebecca for braving the sketchy Walgreens very late at night to get my mother morphine. Thank you, Elaine and Jean Allison

They accused my son of using his IV port for illegal drug use even though he has never shown any drugs in his sytem except the ones doctors prescibed. They did this after he spent the prior 4 days going back and forth to the emergency room 5 times and not once did any of his blood work show illegal drugs. The port got infected and they blame him even though they made him do his IV once a week without them. If he caused it, it wasnt from using drugs. It was from doing their job for them. Of the 8 or more nurses we have had from them, only one was worth a crap and she got moved up so we lost her.This must be the company that all of the incompetant nurses go when they cant survive in a hospital or doctors office.

Review right now is based off receptionist. No personality , rude and should not answer phones. Her nasty attitude can cause a bad reputation for this business. God I hope the medical staff is better bc right now this receptionist has put a horrible opinion out there

Shane was my PT. Every question I had he answered. Extremely professional and comforting. He cheered me along the entire way and I felt the support. My prior experience with another rehab was not even close to the amazing work Deaconess does. On the days when no therapist for the first 2 weeks, they called nightly to check up on you and confirm things were okay. I felt that I mattered and felt safe with their services. I would certainly recommend them to anyone needing physical therapy services. Thank you for the great start in recovery!
