All were great, patient, and understanding but this one older gentleman that seemed more interested in just how far he could push you. Also every time he came he left something and had to return to retreive it. Every time! Weird.

Where do I begin. I'll just share a count I left on their Facebook page for now. Maybe it will save someone else's life. Comment of experience down below! Hello leadership team! Maybe one of you could explain to me why my grandmother has irreversible brain damage after 1 of your registered nurses and 1 bath lady was there, my grandmother told your staff she was having a stroke, said it several times and was told "no you're not, you're just doing too much house work." I know you'll just delete this, block me but maybe the registered nurse responsible will lose a little sleep at night or maybe she'll return to school to further her education on stroke protocol, at the very least, do a simple Google search! Because of your incompetent staff at deaconess, my grandmother suffered 2 strokes, one being an ischemic stroke causing permanent damage. If your rn wouldve done her job properly, we could've gotten her to the hospital within the 5 hour window to have the clot buster. I don't know why my grandmother was ignored but I can assure you, I won't be. How would you feel if this was your mother? Your grandmother? That is exactly what you should ask yourself before providing any sort of care to someone's family member. They should be treated with compassion and professionalism! We trusted you and you let us down in the worst way! Lastly, we will be requesting all medical records and notes taken by your registered nurse from that day. And finally, final last request, if you will, DO BETTER!
