I am so thankful for those restrictions someone mentioned on their review. That is what makes it so clean and peaceful and not allowing your dog to run unleashed is a city law in most places I have lived. Everyone is friendly and everything is convenient. Had to call an ambulance one night and the response was very fast.

Its very quiet & a lot of dog livers here. My only negatives would be park restrictions. Being from up north with no restrictions, no leashes & can do what I wanted around my home it took me a bit of time to get use to.

I drove a cab for years...I have picked up and dropped off people here over years....everyone was happy to be there..... Now I am getting retirement but still work so I am thinking of buying here.

First of all, this is not a trailer park. It is a gated community of 71 manufactured homes which are permanently placed and hurricane resistant. Not one home was lost during Katrina and we are only 6 blocks from the gulf. Strict codes keep our community clean. It is a very quiet peaceful community but yet you can be as active as you choose to be. Many residents are always on the go. Centrally located to every convenience and close to Keesler Air Force Base and the VA Hospital.
