This is absolutely the worst and very filthy nasty disgusting place I have ever seen🤮 Inconsiderate and rude nurses. Treat patients like crap. I raised so much hell at this place while my husband was there for rehab only because it was the only place available within a 2 hour drive from home. My husband made zero progress in the 4 weeks he was there. They let him lay in the bed to eat ( has dementia) he was always in the bed. I told them he did not need to be in a bed all day and I was told that because he didn’t ask to get up, that they let him stay in bed. He was a fall risk and never once did they put a rail on his bed. When I removed him from that horrible place, I got there to find my dementia patient husband sitting in a wheelchair outside in 100* heat index🤬 they claim he went out on his own. NO HE DID NOT WHEN YOU HAVE TO HAVE SOMEONE PUT IN A CODE TO OPEN THE DOOR! They knew a week in advance I would be taking him home and didn’t bother to put in for the necessary equipment he needed at home until the morning I went to get him. Told me they could extend his stay until the equipment arrived.. Trying to get more money is all they were doing. I managed To purchase the bed, walker and wheelchair and had it at home in time for him. Now about the filth. After a few days I was finally able to get the sweetest woman to clean and sanitize his disgusting room. But here are the pictures of roach eggs, roach poison in the drawers that I refused to use and hazards with in the room. I was there every day to ensure my husband was safe and the second I was able to get him home I discharged him. Please don’t take your loved one to this place.

Absolutely deplorable living conditions. Don't put your dog in here, let alone your loved one. It always smells horrid in the hallways (either of marijuana, poop or urine depending on the time), it's roach infested, the patients are left in soiled diapers for hours, patients have told me that they haven't been moved in the bed in days. Management takes patients that they know they do not have the capacity to take care of just because all they care about is the money. They give patients tap water from the bathroom sink in the water bottles. I could go on and on. Do not send your loved ones here or anyone that you care about.

A year and a few months ago, I had to find placement in a long term care facility for my mom. It is not something I wanted to do, but something I had to do. Already caring for my father that had Parkinsons and Dementia full time, I was unable as 1 person to care for him and for her. I took one look at the reviews and lost it. At the time, due to her psychological and physical needs, my choices were not many in regards to long term care. Seeing what people had written truly scared me. But my hands were tied. My mother has now been there for a year. I visit her multiple times a week and we speak on the phone multiple times a day. I will say, don't let the negative reviews get to you. The staff here is wonderful. For the most part, they are attentive and caring. They do their best to take care of the residents, and that is not an easy job...not in the slightest. Whenever issues have come up, the administration team takes care of it them promptly and stays in contact. There will always be bumps in the road, as nobody is perfect. But management does their best to mediate issues and keep the residents care at the forefront. According to my mom, the food could definitely use some help. The serve breakfast, lunch,dinner, and snacks. And also offer a secondary menu if the main hot meals aren't scratching the itch of the resident that day. My mom can be a picky eater, but I was allowed to put a dorm fridge in her room and I keep it stocked with cold items like drinks and yogurt, chicken salad and sandwich items....I will say again, she can be picky (she owned a resturant for over a decade) but she has also recieved a grilled cheese sandwich that was a cold cheese sandwich multiple times. Take that as you will. Lol. The buildings are old and barring bring knocked down, there's not much they can do to change the structure of it. However, Housekeeping keeps the facility clean. Maintenance fixes issues that come up...and really the only thing I've seen is the cable going out a few times. Again, in an old building, I expect that. Their rehab services are available to residents and the rehab staff is excellent. They made an individual plan for my mom, with hopes that we can get her walking again (she had a knee replacement that she never recovered from). When it comes down to it, this is a for-profit facility. All nursing homes in the area are. And at the end of the day, this business needs to make a profit. I will say, for the most part, they don't do this at the expense of the residents. Always take others opinions with a grain of salt. Check the place out for yourself. And stay involved and present in your loved ones care.

The workers in the memory ward was especially caring for my sister in law and the other clients there. The facility needs some renovations, especially in the bathroomd. The rooms are very spacious. My biggest complaint would be that my sister in law's clothes are always missing. The first visit, she was discharged and they were still looking for her clothes. They found everything but a pajama pants. The second time, we're missing a jogging suit, a sweatshirt and a top. It's been a week and we still don't have the items. We were never offered any type of compensation or an adjustment on her bill. I like bringing her there, but it's very concerning that we have to keep replacing clothes. This last visit, I even told them not to wash her clothes, but that may not be the problem this time.

This place is horrible, and they need to be under investigation. The nurses are stealing the patient's medication, most of them are high, and they can't comprehend when you are talking to them concerning your family member. The patient's rooms are filthy, and the bedpans have not been cleaned or sanitized. They do not answer the phone when you call the nurse's station; the voicemail is full. We called the nurses' station while walking in and saw the phone ring. All of the staff were sitting at the station, ignoring the phone. The caseworker has been refusing to call us back concerning our loved one, and we were told she was on vacation; however, when we informed her through text message that we would be coming to check on our loved one, all of a sudden, she called us back instantly no longer on vacation in meeting her she was not professional and tried to feed us lies. The state must investigate this place and do an extensive sweep, starting with drug testing. If this is on the recommendation list for your loved one, please do not send them here. Are you doing an anonymous walk-through and seeing for yourself because nobody acknowledged us when we walked in? There are no security measures to keep the patients safe. If you have family members in this facility, you need to check on them ASAP or have them moved; you have to be a voice for every patient in that facility.
