My dad is rehabbing a broken femur. He has been in tremendous pain and the nurses and aides have been incredible. Dr. Keith listened to our concerns regarding medication and made the needed adjustments. Support staff are constantly cleaning and polishing. Joy in Admissions was very welcoming, Social Worker, Jeanette is amazing and Nutritionist, Kathy was wonderful in fine tuning my dad's meals. PT just started working with my dad but I am already impressed with their approach and their compassion. Very caring facility.

My mother-in-law had to spend 2; weeks at this facility. 1st thing I will say is there are some staff that work at Daleview work very hard, and do there job well. Some even go above and beyond. Unfortunately there are others that fall short.. my mother-in-law was yelled at for having more than 1 bowel movement in a 24 hour period, and was only bathed twice a week. I understand a lot of hospitals and rehabs are understaffed, and that is terrible for the patients. My advice to anyone with family members in places like this is visit often and be there to advocate for your loved ones. Overall we felt they could have done better.

The staff tries their best and they are great but no resident gets fresh air or sunshine. Sunshine and fresh air kills germs and lifts spirits. If I didn't get my loved one outside, no one would and she would never experience fresh air or the sun on her face again or get REAL Vitamin D. Even prisoners get fresh air and sunshine every day. Consider using volunteers who are there year round to get people outdoors (yes, even in cold weather which some people love and as our forefathers would tell you, is quite healthy). Or, at the least, open windows! Last week was beautiful. This week is summer in April and not a window open and no one can get out. My loved one repeatedly asks for them to open her window and is told "it's not allowed". You can't open a window??? There is a beautiful garden that is used maybe 5 times per year. Every living being on Earth needs fresh air and sunshine every day. I wish I could move her but it's out of my control. Again, the staff is great. That must be said.

My mom was moved here for rehabilitation due to her dementia. The care she receives at this facility is top notch. She is well cared for and it gives me and my siblings peace of mind knowing she is receiving the care and attention she needs.

My mother is staying here since last week and our experience has been really nice. First I would like to say administration really went above and beyond to accommodate my mother’s needs from getting to the facility and setting up all of her ambulance transport to and from her appointments. Big thank you to Stephanie. So far couldn’t be happier. The aid, Mindy who accompanies my mother is communicative with us and lets us know when arriving and when they are back to the facility for all her appointments. It’s really reassuring and puts the family at ease. The aids in the rehab have been really nice and helpful and we really appreciate that. The physical therapy was super delicate and patient with my mother in trying to get her to stand. 🙏. She has some work ahead of her but we feel confident with the team and the expertise. Ty to the doctor who gave her hydration line. My mom was in a different rehab and it just seems like everyone cares so much more here. We are thankful. So far our experience has been really great. I think that the only thing that needs some work is when calling the facility and connecting with someone has not been very productive and no phones for the patients in the rooms. I will have to get a flip phone for my mother to answer as it’s pretty impossible to get through. My mother is elderly and barely would know how to use a cell phone. She is old school. Other then that the experience has been great.
