We really like it here, but we need to have the lawn service cut the grass. I am over 75 and .have had to weed whip our yard three times, and when the service mows they hit my new down spout, yes I know but we pay for the service and it must be the low bidder?? Last year was much better. We have called the office without any results and another resident called Corporate with the same issue only to get a pat on the head. No follow up by our manager, and we all know what happens next, the park goes downhill.update the mower came on Friday. Here we go again, bad blades? Going to fast? or don’t care. Called the office for there opinion so all we are asking for is mow the grass do a good job and we can be happy, sounds great we will see.Well it’s October, no change grass is out of control,and I quit weed whipping, others in the neighborhood have purchased lawn mowers and it goes on and on. We do have a contract as most everyone else does, may have to go to the next level. Don’t need a pat on the head just the lawn mowed. I have volunteered to help get this under control for free, but??

The property is beautiful. The lot rent is VERY high and goes up 5% per year. People are priced out very quickly.

We have lived in this community for 19 yrs. Both of us love it here and hope to never leave. There is so much to do here but honestly we do not take advantage of it all. We are 45 minutes from Disney and spend a lot of time there. The community is a great place to travel from. We take trips and always know that our home is safe in our gated community. Everyone looks out for each other. The wildlife is amazing. Our kids love coming here to visit. We truly have a more active and quality of life than we did in Western NY.
