The Manor at the Estates at Carpenters is an outstanding, caring skilled nursing facility. My mom was there for a little over 2 years. From her first day there to the end of her life she was treated with dignity, respect and caring. Because I live locally, I was able to visit several times a week and I came to know the staff and management very well. They made sure mom was included in activities, of which there were many. They made sure all of her needs were met. They kept me informed about any and all issues or changes in her condition and included me in her care team meetings. It gave my family great comfort to know she was always in good hands. Thank you to all of the wonderful, dedicated people at the Manor!

This is a fantastic community. I can't say enough good things about it. The staff here are very committed to improving the quality of life for all of the residents. I am especially impressed with Jennifer in social services. Anytime I have had a client enter the facility for rehab, she has done an amazing job of communicating with our agency as well as the client's family. I strongly recommend this community to anyone looking for independent living, assisted living, or skilled nursing.

If I could give ZERO STARS I WOULD . This place is horrible don’t be fooled by the outside . These here are ROACHES in the cart that carry’s the food they feed the residents in the manor . This was taken on 3/29/26 , it’s a video if you want the video I will Gladly send it . The shower rooms are disgusting and filled with sewer flies and mold . The rooms have dirty carpet that they spray and run a vacuum over. Staff is limited and over worked. Even the kitchen staff seems limited due to the fact that the food carts and pushed by one person even though they can’t see what’s on the other side. My mom had a roach on her breakfast tray & that’s my last straw ! 3 stars says a lot about a facility of This size. They need major changes & improvements i will be calling the state and proper authorities to report THIS & many other issues I have Documented & reported .

My grandma is there right now and she has being treated very well and with much respect. I believe the only thing that need help is the electronics like Tv's and the telephone system, they seem to have issues with that. Maybe it would be advantageous to have new systems in place so that that area runs smoothly moving forward. Other than that when it comes to the care, it is outstanding.

My wife and I have been here since February 28th of 2023. It is a place for older adults with a flare towards the good Christian life. It is wonderful. The people that work with you are the best, and the grounds, although some is under construction what isn't is beautiful.
