I'm not sure where all these 4&5 star rating are coming I spent approximately 45 minutes in this facility as unsafe discharge as they didn't have a proper bed available as promised to Advent Health"Daytona Beach"they told me they would have someone get a bed for me the next day it was in the back of one of their closest???? I'm still washing off the stink from this facility. The air ducts are filthy close to main entrance.I will Report this facility to Medicare no one should be deceived by false ads!

I would like to say Thank You to all of the nurses and staff as well as the hospice nurses for taking care of my aunt during her time of need(s). She passed away comfortably and peacefully. They were all very caring to her as well as my sister and I after she passed. THANK YOU ALL again! You are all greatly appreciated.

Nursing staff and Admissions works well together to bring in new and returning admissions on days, evenings and even weekends. Something I have not seen in the over 40 years I have been working in Long Term Care in 4 states.

I signed papers to have rails put on my dads bed over a week ago well he feel out of bed . He just healed up from a broke hip and know this . He has to have water he’s a diabetic and he never has water in his cup . I ask if they could change his diaper I waited 35 mins and they still never came . He has to have his meds crushed and the nurse comes in to give them to him whole he can’t swallow them . He also had not been washed up he smelled so bad I had to sponge bath his myself . This is a horrible place I want my dad moved as soon as possible
