Cypress Grove is amazing place to live! Everyone here is very friendly! The very best part is Tonya and Mani! They are on top of everything and keeps this apartment complex running smoothly! We are all very lucky to have them!

**NOT A RESIDENT** we came to DE this past weekend to check out the area and look at different apartments. We toured 5 different places and drove around many more. Cypress grove is #1 on the list of where we would like to live. A lot of the newer apartments are similar in amenities and features but what set this place apart was Tonya. She was easy to communicate with via email and in person she was a joy to work with. She was so nice, professional and informative. She gave us all the information needed to make a decision about whether cypress grove was the right choice for us. She was down to earth and gave us some recommendations of things around the area to check out.<br><br>I met with multiple other leasing agents at other apartments and Tonya was by far the best of the best.<br><br>We hope to be future tenants of Cypress Grove and I can update this review when/if we get the chance to live there!!<br>Thank you!

I absolutely love living here. The condos are new, spacious and beautifully built and maintained.<br><br>Tonya always answers promptly and is willing to help with any questions or concerns and Moni is the best at answering any maintenance issues and fixing any problems accommodating your schedule.

We are very happy in our new apartment. We just moved in back on November 2025 and have been enjoying it ever since. Most of our neighbors are very friendly and fairly quiet. We are in the stacked flats and I will say they are definitely my favorite and gives off a more homey feel and overall just a great little community so far. Looking forward to see what the summer will be like. But Tonya and Moni are on it! Very quick with responses and fixing any issues that come up.
