Not sure what planet these reviewers stay on but, it ain't this one. My mother's signature has been signed on various documents without permission. (Thanks Oliver) She recently contracted Sepsis from multiple UTI infections caused from her not being helped in a timely manner. Not too mention her blood pressure sky rocketing because she was receiving no meds for this particular issue. Her rehab payments were suspended by insurance because the clinic stopped rehabbing her legs three years ago for no reason. El Camino Hospital informed me the med list they received had 3 medications listed. None that would actually treat a UTI or High blood pressure. And nothing that would help with her diabetes. This place is unprepared during the PM shift and my mother has been to the hospital multiple times in the past few months. Why did I receive a call at 10pm about a bed sore? This place dropped the ball a long time ago and my mother almost died because of it. She can't talk now, maybe because she was sitting in a room with no contact or working television. Staff unwilling to take her out her bed so she was forced to stare at a wall all day. Social worker calling and asking about DNR paperwork she said wasn't available. Only to mysteriously be found when she is admitted to the hospital a few weeks later. And low and behold, it was not my mother's signature. 22590 Voss Avenue Cupertino CA is where you send your loved ones to turn into vegetables. Go visit the patio area and take a look yourself. Yes my mom came in talking just fine and asking me to bring her denny's all the time. She just needed help with leg injuries and now I might not have my mom around for my birthday in June. I messed up allowing her to stay here and I might have to pay for this mistake, for as long as I live.

I am beyond frustrated and deeply upset with the complete lack of communication and basic human decency from this facility. Someone very important to me passed away here last week, and ever since then I have been calling every single day, trying to reach someone, especially the social worker. Every day I am told “we will call you back.” And every single day, no one does. Not once. Instead, I am left chasing them over and over again, only to be told later that the office is closed and that I should “try again tomorrow.” Then the same exact thing repeats. This is not a one-time mistake, this is a pattern of neglect and complete disregard. It is shocking and unacceptable to treat people this way, especially when they are grieving and simply trying to get answers. The lack of responsibility, empathy, and professionalism is appalling. No one should have to beg for a simple phone call back during such a painful time. This experience has added unnecessary stress and emotional distress on top of an already devastating loss.

My aunt goes here and the staff have been solid from day one. They keep me in the loop, answer questions without rushing, and treat her with pure kindness. It’s a relief knowing she’s in good hands. Lisset Is the next nurse!

I had a great experience at Cupertino Health thanks to Ally at the front desk. She willingly goes above and beyond to help everyone, always welcoming patients and family members with a warm smile and making the whole process feel smooth and comfortable. Thank you! Nurse Lizette helped my grandmother rehabilitate, and we truly miss her!

When we were searching for a rehabilitation facility for my mom, we had several options that were willing to accept her. With so many choices, I truly didn’t know which one would be the right fit for her condition. Jovir, the Director of Marketing, contacted me and suggested that I personally visit the facility to see it with my own eyes before making a decision. On a rainy night, I drove there. He walked me through every part of the facility and showed me the residents’ rooms. With his honesty and professionalism, he patiently answered all my questions and helped me feel more at ease. What does it mean to feel “warm in the heart”? To me, it means seeing people care for my mother — who has multiple chronic illnesses — with genuine kindness and compassion. My mom was transferred from the hospital to this facility, and from day one until now (her fourth stay), every nurse and CNA has treated her with such dedication. They help her with bathing, cleaning, meals, and walking every single day. Every moment I have been there, I have carefully observed their care and service. It has deeply touched my heart. Truly. They do their work with sincerity, passion, and professionalism. In many ways, they care for her even better and more skillfully than I can as her daughter. I sincerely appreciate the hard work and compassion of Nancy Portal, John Cacola, Ciro Yuniz, and the entire team. Words cannot fully express my gratitude. Thank you for being such wonderful human beings and for providing exceptional care to our beloved seniors. You are truly the best. Thumb up for 10 stars!!!!
