If zero stars were possible, that’s what you’d get. My grandmother passed away under your care, after my mother ADAMANTLY told your staff to care for her for THREE WEEKS. When your staff finally decided to check on her, she had already gone SEPTIC. Your negligence costed our family our grandmother’s life, and the nurse whose hands it’s on should be fired immediately. I hope nobody else suffers under your “care” like she did.

I was admitted back in June of 2024. At the time of me being admitted they come in and went over all the details. I was told that they would help me get to my doctor appointments. The lady that was in charge of arranging for me to go to my appointments, came in and told me that I had to find my own way that they could not help me. She had all of my appointments moved to the end of the year. The aid that comes and helps did not help me get bath when I was trying to get ready for my doctor’s appointment. The reason I was there when I moved around my oxygen would drop. Hopefully, I will not have to go back to that Facility again.

The staff at Crystal Bluffs may be slightly understaffed at times, but they work incredibly hard to accommodate patients and provide the best care possible. Their effort and dedication definitely show.

There's a phrase often used "A Place to Call Home" for me. This very saying defines Crystal Bluffs. I had a stroke last year and have been admitted to two different facilities. I will just say I'm thankful for my grown kids for doing what they had to in order to have their mom placed here. My son, an employee of Crystal Bluffs, was finally able to see his mother in a place where he knew I would get the care I needed. I woke from a coma in May with two of my children sitting there. I asked where I was, and they told me I took a deep sigh of relief. It would take too long to completely express the satisfaction of being here has bought me. What an amazing staff! Every one of thm. They have become my family, and I'm more than thankful. I'm not just getting the care I need, but I'm receiving loads of Love needled for not just physical, but mental healing The greetings and smiles I get as I'm rolled down the hall touches my heart in ways that I find I'm unable to articulate without shedding tears....of joy 😊 My faith in God has me believing without doubt that these are the "angels unaware" the Bible speaks of. Only because I have to,I will end by saying... I would highly recommend Crystal Bluffs for you, your friends, and your loved ones in need. Lastly I'm reminded of a song we sang in VBS :A little bit of love goes a long long way" I've received more than a little bit😍 "A Place to Call Home "♥️

This is my second time at Crystal Bluffs in ten years. I fell in 2015 replacing a mattress cover and fractured my hip. Looking for a rehab facility, individuals from my church in Swansboro recommended the Cliffs for their excellent staff. This time I was trying to feed my cat and broke my arm and fractured my pelvis. They still have excellent staff and the food has improved 1000%. Will be here three months or until I can weight bear on my left foot. I mentioned to Linda of housekeeping last week to be careful since the tray i use over the bed had a wheel problem. She finished, but I had a quick knock on the door and she stuck her head inside, “Get it to therapy. They fix everything!” Nice to know that staff supports each other, too.
