The one thing that stands out and is the one less star, is I lost 11 pounds there due to the quality of the food (not good). I enjoyed the staff from the front desk, everyone that helped me to the therapy. Photo of first breakfast! Thank you

My mother has experienced every level of care at Crowne Health Care of Springhill. She began her time there with a stay in rehab, transitioning to assisted living, and now residing in long-term care. Throughout each stage, my siblings and I have been deeply grateful for the consistent respect, compassion, and attentiveness she has received. What has meant the most to us is the genuine care shown by every member of the staff. From the maintenance workers, to the CNAs and nurses, to the administrators, each person knows her by name and treats her with unwavering dignity and kindness. Their dedication has transformed what could have been simply a care facility into something much more meaningful. They have become an extension of our family. We recommend Crowne Health Care of Springhill wholeheartedly and without hesitation.

Crowne of Springhill has been phenomenal. Could not have picked a better place for rehab. Cindy Gilchrist and her staff are outstanding and have gone above and beyond to care for our 87 year old dad who fell and broke his hip. Every aspect of the facility is great. Thank you Crowne of Springhill for making such a difficult time more pleasurable.
