My sister has been a resident for a week now. They have taken very good care of her. The staff is so kind. The receptionist always greets me with a smile. Her room stays very clean and fresh. I can't say enough about how wonderful the staff is.

I would not rate our experience good. The PT staff had limited hours, so if the patient was not ready at the time they were ready, they said s/he was not "cooperative." The patient had dementia and they treated her as if she had full cognitive function and could understand what they were saying and as if she was just choosing not to cooperate. In other words, they weren't empathetic or caring. I felt they treated her like a number. And there was one person, who once she got me to give them a good review by answering questions for Medicare, didn't care or seem concerned about my mom afterwards. I regret choosing them.

My Mother & I visited several rehabs. When we walked into Mobile Rehab & Nursing & were warmly greeted by Kimberly, we knew this was the place for my Dad. This facility & staff were very professional & caring. We were impressed by all staff who were kind & caring. From lawn maintenance, house keeping, dietary, nursing & business office. My Mom was there with him every day. She was always treated with kindness & respect. She even took time to make & deliver home made cookies. One day when my Dad didn't feel like eating, one of the staff went out & bought him a salad. This is over & above doing your job. My Dad enjoyed being wheeled out for fresh air & sunshine. He especially loved petting & loving the staff kitty. She does a great job too. My Dad eventually passed in hospice. But my Mom & I went back to thank them all & deliver more cookies. Thank you Mobile Rehab for everything. You will definitely be recommended.
