All I am going to say is I am calling every agency in the area. Filing every report possible. They have the Wong families Dad. Won’t answer the phone, hang up on you, won’t change him, talk crazy! The list goes on

This is the worst nursing home ever. My mother was there, as soon as she pass they stole all her jewelry. These people still from the dead at this location. I have an ongoing investigation a pending lawsuit. Do not recommend putting your loved one there.

Terrible place the facility has roaches everywhere and it’s very dirty and nasty in there. Please do not put your love ones here it smells like urine and piss every where. Staff is always in the hall ways gossiping about the staff. The staff looks unhappy they have a administrator that’s running the building that seems to know what’s going on. I have transported roaches from resident in transport when picking the patients up for appointments. The Director of Nursing hangs with staff and keeps up lots of drama in the facility. Everytime I come transport a patient there is a new staff member. There is no consistency at this building. The staff talks a lot and will tell you different things.

So very sad to see so many people’s loved ones in this dump. I delivered to this nursing home and the smell of urine was unbearable. All the residents looked sad and unclean. The rooms were dark and dingy. The staff was non existent. Please for the love of god do not send your family here. I was here for a total of 5 minutes and I felt so heartbroken. I felt like I needed to take a shower after being in there.
