This has got to be the absolute WORST HOA I have ever experienced. They are mean, nasty , domineering, and possibly the nastiest people I have ever dealt with.<br>They smile in your face at the same time stabbing you in the back . A bunch of money hungry individuals always threatening to fine a resident or off to court one shall go .<br>The upkeep of the development is by far a joke . From the beginning to the end of sunset is terribly in need of a good pressure washing. Which from what I was told HOA is supposed to take care of that for there 55+ mostly retired and/or widowed elderly community.<br>My recommendation for these villages is run for the hills and don't look back .
