Looking forward to joining this great community after we close on our unit next week. The office has been very accommodating and the board was very welcoming in our interview. It takes a lot of hard work by the management, board, and volunteers to run a unique co-op like Village Four.

I am trying to purchase a home in this Crestwood senior community. It's a very clean and rustic place to live, lots of beautiful pine tree and very near a national forest land preservation. I love the fresh air and serenity of the villages. I would definitely love to live there. God bless America, very few places are like these villages.

I'm a real estate agent in the Hudson Valley and referred my mother and her partner to work with a local agent. They were interested in buying at this community. Unfortunately the Board denied their application without reason. This community accepts cash only for purchases so I know financials was not an issue. I feel strongly that this was a case of assumptions and discrimination. The Coop Board should be very careful as new laws are being considered which would require them to send an explanation for denial in a written letter. Such a disgrace.

I don't like any senior village. The only reason why people go there 2 live is that the house's r an affordable price. The association fee is about 300.00 $ a month. But they mow the lawn and shovel the walk way's. Also if u would like to have neighbors that r in there 90's this place is 4 you. And BTW, there is no cell phone service. The senior citizens will not allow them to put cell towers up. I can't even imagine why not!!
