My sister has been a patient at Luxe Rehab & Care Center for over a year. Her medical team, physical therapists, occupational therapists, housekeeping, laundry and social worker have been very good. I appreciate the care she has received there.

The cleanliness of this place is not good...I came to visit my father and the food trays were all over the place. Then they do not administer the patients their medicine on time causing more harm then help. I think they should be investigated if anyone is asking me

Most of the nurses are great so I’m not understanding why my grandfather, who was placed on hospice, did not receive morphine between the hours of 6:45am and 10pm when he was clearly uncomfortable, restless, and in pain, and then passed away just 6 hours later. He was the kindest, most gentle soul who deserved comfort in his final day, and that wasn’t given to him.

Please do not come here or bring anyone you love here. The workers are so careless and rude. There is stuff scattered all over the room not being used by the people in there, and workers just leave it. the hallways and rooms reek of poop, pee, throw up, and food. Workers yell at occupants. Don’t waste your time here it’s genuinely disgusting.
