During my visits to Crest Pointe, I have always found the staff to be kind and attentive to the needs of the residents. The facility is clean and well cared for with nice decor and a pretty view of the water in the sun room which makes the atmosphere warm and relaxing. I've always found Crest Pointe to offer fun and engaging activities for the residents which creates a nice interactive experience. The lounges are beautiful and very comfortable and the paths around the property are wonderful. Lastly, one of the exceptional highlights of Crest Pointe are the many holiday celebrations and the welcoming of family gatherings.

I cannot say enough about Lisa Morales, Director of social services. Lisa guided my family through different steps of elder care for my father. She is top notch. A wealth of information. Her professional and personal approach to assisting us was beyond our expectations. Lisa is an angel.

They really care for the patient and their families here especially the Dietary, Alicia is an awesome asset to Crest Pointe! The activities department staff are pretty awsome too!! The nurses and aides who take care of my husband makes me feel he is in good hands! The administrator is really hands on as well and we are grateful to Mia and the social worker for all their help in making the transition to rehab pleasant and easy.

My mom has been in quite a bit of Rehab facilities over the years to recover from falls, uti’s and pneumonia. Crest Pointe in Point Pleasant Nj is a hidden gem - by far a cut above the rest. Located on the point pleasant canal has beautiful views of the water, activities for the residents all day long and the care and therapy were amazing. Everyone was so kind and compassionate. The administrator Shmuel Abramson was hands on with patients and their families always visiting my Mom and making sure all her needs were met he always went over and above the call of duty. He kept in touch with the family he is a man of action and a man of his word. Then there was Mia Febres the admissions coordinator welcoming you with a big smile connecting with my mom as she was doing the in take. Also always hands on with the me and my mom. Another shout out to Jenn that wore a lot of hats had many jobs she befriended my mom with her warmth and kindness always made my mom happy and laugh with her stories. I would also like to mention Alicia from food services always making sure mom had a mighty shake full of protein to build her strength. Thank you to all the nurses and aides together they all worked hard to get Mom better. She was only there two weeks and they gave her a red carpet send off. This place is definitely the best experience of care we have ever had. Thank you , thank you, thank you!!!!

Crest Pointe is truly top-notch. Beth is always responsive and supportive, and the peaceful setting — tucked in a Point Pleasant neighborhood with a patio overlooking the inlet canal — makes recovery feel easier. Their PT team is amazing and truly unmatched. Highly recommend for rehab and healing
