The care is decent, the place is clean. The problem is Debbie, the director- that is the 1 star. She never answers calls, never calls back. So, if your loved one has any issues, good luck! You’re on your own. Very unprofessional! Will be looking for other facilities.

Needs updating. Walls, furniture, and decor is dated. Looks more like a nursing home facility.

My sweet daddy was at Creekside not even a month before he passed. My dad was in advanced stage Alzheimer’s when we moved him. He was confused and extremely agitated but the care team at Creekside were patient and gave him the best care possible. I witnessed for myself the compassion and attention the caregivers show each resident. Although my dad was very hard to handle, Creekside staff and Vantage hospice did their very best to make his transition from this life to eternity one of comfort and dignity. I sincerely appreciate everyone at Creekside!
