I recently came to an event at this facility with a cousin of mine. I just want to recognize how wonderful it was. The food was amazing!!! An Easter brunch that really set the bar so high!!! What really caught my attention and motivated this review though - is how truly "connected" the staff and residents were. I heard jokes and laughter between care staff and residents and even their families. Warmth from management staff - we were greeted by Lizzelle. She came over and took the time to ask how we were doing - my cousin tells me she is exceptionally kind to her mother every single day and always keeps her informed. I also briefly spoke with one of the young ladies who was a caregiver - i don't know her name but she was so nice and knew exactly what my cousin would eat. That spoke volumes. There was even an easter bunny! A Beautiful facility that looks and smells clean and inviting. Highly recommend.

This Facility is great! I work for a Hopsice company so I visit this Assistant Living a few times throughout the month, and I can say they just keep on progressing! If you’re ever in the neighborhood, stop by and ask for Jasmine! She’ll give you a great tour and is very knowledgeable in her field! 💜🤞🏾

I've been looking at memory care facilities for my mom. I was referred to Orchard Park from a neighbor. Jazmine welcomed me, was sweet, professional and thoroughly explained what the facility had to offer. It was organized, clean and exceeded my expectations. All the staff really care, especially Sirena. As the Memory Care Director she organizes thoughtful outings and activities. Her and my mom have bonded and I feel at ease that mom is with great people.

Orchard Park Southfork has been a godsend for our family, and the entire staff has treated our loved one with great care, kindness, and patience. Sirena Calvillo, the Memory Care Director, has gone above and beyond with enrichment programs, field trips, escorts to medical visits, and being a great sounding board regarding care decisions. We are so appreciative of the love and care Sirena and the entire Orchard Park Southfork staff have provided during this challenging time in our loved one’s life. Thank you!

No, no, you shouldn't send your loved one to this place. The communication is terrible, the care is extremely inadequate for disabled people, breakfast is the same 365 days a year without any changes or improvements, they treat human beings like worms to eat, sleep, and defecate, with no care whatsoever for the residents. A miserable bunch of people from the manager to the last one; there is no empathy for anyone, only the enjoyment of the money they receive, a total disregard for their loved ones. Zero tolerance, please don't let your loved ones suffer with such impunity.
