Luis and the new management team are really turning things around in Cowan Place. We can see improvements daily. Parking and cleanliness issues are being addressed, there are less complaints and more smiling faces. The parking lot was repainted and the entrance area rugs are being cleaned. Luis is a great manager, RPM management is doing a fantastic job, and Cowan is becoming a better place to live. I have been here over two years and this is the best it's been for quite some time. Luis is a hands-on manager and has been extremely responsive to tenant needs!

New property manager Luis is great, this man literally took the trash out himself. I looked up and saw him myself. Saw him with a broom too, making a clean sweep of taking out the the toxicity of old management. Perla has been great too, both her Luis explaining to residents the process with our new portals and other needed information I'm greatly impressed and it's only been two weeks!
