Cambridge Caregivers is an excellent and well established caregiver agency. I would trust them with my friends/family and have. I highly suggest Rachel O’Brien, she has always been available to help with seniors and their families, she consistently does more than is asked for while showing compassion and empathy.

My mother lived alone and experienced a surprising and rapid decline over the past year. It quickly became clear that we needed additional help. Dawn Bustillos with Cambridge Caregivers took the time and care to truly understand our situation, my mom’s needs, and our concerns. She helped us thoughtfully formulate a plan and matched us with Katrina—an absolutely amazing caregiver. My mom came to rely on Katrina not only for help, but also for companionship. As our situation evolved, Dawn was there every step of the way to offer support, guidance, and help me understand our options. Unfortunately, my mom’s needs eventually increased to the point that she required 24-hour care, and we had to transition to assisted living. Saying goodbye to Katrina was incredibly difficult because of the exceptional care she provided. Throughout this transition, Dawn continued to offer invaluable advice and support, and it has been reassuring to know that Cambridge Caregivers remains a resource we can turn to if additional help is needed. They truly take the time to listen, care, and guide families through what can be an extremely challenging and emotional time. I can’t say enough good things about Cambridge Caregivers.

Cambridge Caregivers has been assisting with my mother for about a year and a half and have been a Godsend. The two caregivers she is assigned to, Mildred and Rosemary are both angels. My mother loves them both and the level of care and compassion they show her is remarkable. I sleep well at night knowing that these angels are watching over her. Also, my Cambridge Caregivers liaison, Dawn Bustillos is awesome. She keeps me apprised of any scheduling issues and she visits with my mother from time to time. With such wonderful women as Dawn, Mildred and Rosemary, I am so grateful to have found out about this company and have them involved with my mother’s care. Highly recommend anyone looking for help in caring for their elderly family members to reach out to Cambridge Caregivers. The services they provide are priceless.

Cambridge has been incredible to work with everyone is so honest, sincere and always willing to help in any way possible. My father passed away in July but he always enjoyed each caregiver that came to help him. After many months we narrowed down 1 particular caregiver that was spectacular with my mom and dad so we asked for her full time. Since July of this year we have continued with her for my mom 2 days a week which has been a blessing.
