I have 2 family members at Courtyard for over 2 years. They have been treated<br>with respect, dignity, love, and care. Everyone knows them personally and has a special bond with them. I am so pleased and happy that I found Courtyard. Shawn and Ventris are so amazing and their doors are always open. They never lack in communication or fail to show up for me when I need it. Shariya is super sweet and caring. NP Sabine is just amazing and takes her time with each resident. Dora and Erquis treat my family as if they are their own. Elizabeth the floor supervisor is always on call and is there for whatever issues you may have or need. The care staff is top notch and they are just the best out there. So grateful for this place.

A year ago I started looking for an assisted living place for my sweet mom, I had come to the realization that I could not safely continue caring for her at home. A friend of ours recommended Courtyard Gardens and from the moment we walked in we knew it was the perfect place for mom. Shawn Alvarez met with us and gave us the tour, she did a wonderful job showcasing the lovely facility and explaining things to us. She was very patient with our many questions. No other facility we visited compared with Courtyard Gardens.When you walk in the door you are struck by the beautifully appointed living room area, comfortable seating, bright and cheerful. The couch next to the fireplace is one of my mom's favorite spots to sit. The outside veranda is a tranquil place to relax.<br>The front desk staff is always so friendly, welcoming and helpful. Joey, Peter and Chelsi are excellent and effortlessly manage all that enter and exit the facility, it's a busy job!<br>The Activities Staff keeps the residents engaged and happy with everything from bingo to entertainment and holiday parties. They work hard to keep their brains and bodies active. They help new residents get involved.<br>The medical staff is topnotch, they keep a close eye on the patients and notice new developments promptly. They are quick to consult with Dr.Hernandez or Sabine (love her) when necessary. Ventris, Director of Nursing is professional, dependable and keeps things running smoothly.<br>The PT team is fabulous, they work hard to keep the residents agile and moving. They always interact with the residents in a kind and friendly manner. Can't say enough about Mike and Jay! They always come to the rescue for my mom!<br>The cleanliness of the facility is obvious and I am grateful for the housekeeping team that keeps the common areas as well as each residents room pristine. Those that assist the residents are patient and gentle and keep you informed when changes in behavior occur. Dora assists my mom and she is excellent with her!<br>The food served by the culinary staff looks delicious and there seems to be a nice variety of healthy items to choose from. The service staff are on top of it, taking care of each person.<br>I am especially grateful for Shariya, the Community Liason! She goes above and beyond in every aspect of her position. She keeps an eye on everyone and usually knows exactly where each patient is at any given time. Quite a task! I can depend on her to check on my mother if I am concerned about something. She makes sure mom knows when we are coming to take her out.She can be depended upon when you need her. She helped facilitate our move in as well. She always has a smile and a happy disposition. She's a gem!<br>I like the fact that Courtyard is a family run facility, not corporate, and it shows in the care given by all the staff to the very important family members they house.<br>I would highly recommend considering Courtyard Gardens for your loved one.

I am so happy i chose Courtyard Gardens in Boynton Beach for my husband. He has been there a year and I love the atmosphere of kindness and love that the staff promotes. They are alway interacting with the residents in memory care , frequently giving out hugs and words of encouragement. They help my husband participate in the activities that he can and whenever I visit, he is happy. I love it that the same staff has been here since my husband moved in. It is a safe environment with a family atmosphere.

This place is amazing the staff is wonderful , Joey at the front desk is amazing , The menu is a great choice the chef is awesome , for my resident A Shout out to Amy she is an amazing CNA, the activity department can’t say enough for all they do to, entertain the Residents here. Shariya , the nurses, the Physical Therapy department is amazing with helping, A Shout Out to Jay keep up the great work .

Shawn and Shariya with Courtyard made my mom and dads stay pleasant and peaceful. The staff was always eager to help and always ensured our questions were answered. During difficult times we felt is was truly the right place at the right time!
