Dream place to live especially with views like these...overlooking Lake Leisure. Operations are efficient and staff are so accomodating.

This community is absolutely perfect for those that are 55 plus. The accommodations in this area is absolutely astounding. They have three areas where you use their pools as well as play pickleball and this community is perfect. Their HOA is super low and I would recommend it to anyone moving to South Florida and or already live in South Florida. That's over 55 and that want to live in a community that is well maintained and even though the homes are all the same color, there is variation in colors of the shutters and panels and doors and it actually looks so amazing as you drive through and it shows people's personality as you drive throughout the community

I moved to the condos in September 2016 and am moving April 2024. They are older condos built in the 70s and are lower priced for that reason. It is not a gated community but has a few amenities for the price. Each condo is run separately and has a different HOA, so beware. Some come with recreational leases, which are a total scam. Your agent might not tell you about it until closing. Mine didn't. It's a 55 and over with a mixture of people mostly friendly but not very racially diverse. The biggest thing is if you plan to buy is to look hard at the particular building and its financial situation and how well it takes care of the building and if it has assessments. Do your homework. They can be nice little places for reasonable prices if this is what you want. I made good friends and was not unhappy here.
