Our family had a very positive experience with this rehabilitation center. The therapy team was outstanding and truly helped my loved one make steady progress during their stay. The nursing staff was caring, attentive, and always treated them with kindness and respect. One thing that really stood out was the quality of the food. The meals were fresh, well-prepared, and offered a nice variety, which made the stay much more comfortable. We are grateful for the compassion, professionalism, and dedication shown by the entire staff. Thank you for taking such good care of our loved one. We would recommend this facility to anyone looking for quality rehabilitation and nursing care.

My mother has had a wonderful experience at Isles of Boynton Nursing and Rehab. The facility is currently undergoing renovations, and it’s exciting to see the improvements being made. Even with all the construction, the staff continues to work incredibly hard and always keeps families informed with great communication. Everyone has been kind, attentive, and dedicated to providing quality care. A special shoutout to the Activities Director—she is such a doll! She did an amazing job planning the holiday celebrations, and my mother absolutely loved every event.

I recently had a very positive experience with The Isles Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. I would like to recognize Anadoris from the housekeeping department at Isles of Boynton Nursing and Rehab Center. She does an outstanding job keeping the facility clean and welcoming. Anadoris is always kind, helpful, and has a warm smile on her face. She goes above and beyond to make residents and visitors feel comfortable and cared for. If I could give a negative number I would. My mother had a terrible fall and broke some bones. She has been at this rehab/nursing home for 7 days. The first floor is being renovated. She was only there for a few days before they rushed her upstairs to the nursing home floor. The 2nd floor is a rundown ant and ROACH motel. I have been a nurse for 20yrs. NEVER have I seen such a disgusting place as this! I had to kill many ants a couple of days ago that were on her roommate's side table and in my mother's closet. Today her floor was infested with roaches! The first time I was ignored. This time I was told by the nurse manager an exterminator was called. But when I went to administration I was told to leave my number. YOU ALREADY HAVE MY NAME AND NUMBER. MY NEXT MOVE IS TO REPORT YOU. DO I HAVE YOUR ATTENTION NOW? That second floor should be closed until the proper repairs are made. It all comes down to GREED. NOTE: PT, OT, and nursing dpt. are great skilled people.
