It has been such a pleasure to work with Caleb at Affinity Home Care. I have a daughter who has special needs and severe mental illness. We live far out in Weston so finding a caregiver was a challenge. Caleb has worked tirelessly to find Caregivers for my daughter. He is professional, courteous, and is an excellent communicator. My experience the caregivers from Affinity Home care have been essential in helping my daughter manage many areas of personal hygiene, food preparation and meal management, home care, maintaining her schedule, etc. In 20 years of finding Caregivers for my daughter and working with different agencies, I would rate Affinity Home Care among the highest quality. My experience with them has been excellent and I highly recommend them.

Extremely disappointing service. My husband was in the hospital for 2 weeks after an acute perforated appendectomy. They were calling me regularly asking about discharge and I kept them updated and they assured me they would be ready to go when he was discharged since he would need wound care and 5 IV antibiotics. The day the discharge order was written, I called them to let them know and they suddenly said they had no one available to help us anymore… when I had spoken to them less than 24 hours earlier. So we then had to frantically find another company. So unprofessional.

I had an emergency so I had to go to New York. I couldn’t take my elderly mom and needed someone to watch her while I was away. I never trust anybody but I have heard great reviews about Affinity so I decided to try them out. It was great, no complaints and everyone treated her so nicely. She actually really liked having a caregiver in our home. I would definitely recommend them.
