I will like to express my gratitude to Helios for their service and support with my mother. Viviene is my mom’s Aid, she is remarkable, loving and caring. She has gone beyond her limits to make sure that my mother’s health, safety and mental wellbeing is met. Although my mother can be difficult at times, Viviene always makes sure to put a smile on her face. I am grateful to Helios for sending Viviene to care for my mother, she truly is a blessing. Faced with a family emergency and needing an aide for my ailing parents for a short period of time, I was referred to Lindsay at Helios Home Health Agency. Lindsay arranged for a meeting right away and immediately found someone whom both my dad and mom really liked. The aide she sent to care for my parents, Leonista, was kind, compassionate, diligent and communicative (which was important!). Dealing with Lindsay was a pleasure and I would highly recommend this agency!
