Countryside Adult Home

Countryside Adult Home is a 48-bed adult residential care facility in Warrensburg, New York, operated by Warren County as a public, non-profit facility licensed by the New York State Department of Health. It provides long-term residential care, room, board, housekeeping, personal care, and supervision for adults who do not require twenty-four hour skilled nursing care.

The facility offers twenty-four hour supervision by trained and caring aides, along with case management services.
