I cannot thank Country Manor enough for the exceptional care they gave my father over the past five years. From day one, they made sure he was comfortable, safe, and treated with dignity. My dad truly loved living there and never once complained about his care, which gave me so much peace of mind. The staff always kept me informed about everything going on with him. They would call me even for small changes, and although I sometimes joked that they called me too much, it really showed how attentive and thorough they were. Anytime they noticed even a slight change in his mental or cognitive state, they took immediate action and kept me updated on what they observed and what steps they were taking. My father was always clean, well-groomed, and smelled fresh. He never had that nursing home odor people often worry about. That alone showed the level of pride and compassion they have in the care they provide. I want to give a special thank you to Elvie and Sherly, who were absolutely wonderful. Their kindness and dedication did not go unnoticed. It meant so much to me that staff members even came to my father’s funeral and sent flowers after he passed. That level of compassion goes far beyond a job it shows true heart. I will always be grateful to Country Manor for the love and care they showed my father and the support they showed our family. Thank you for everything you did.
