I hate to leave a negative review, but I feel management needs to be aware of a concerning experience I recently had with Cottonwood Transportation. Unfortunately, I did not catch the female driver’s name, but the experience was concerning enough that I felt it needed to be reported. The driver was highly unprofessional, and more importantly, I felt unsafe during the trip. The driving was erratic enough that I found myself holding on to my seat and belongings throughout the ride. What should have been a routine transportation service became a very uncomfortable and stressful experience. I had heard that improvements were being made to the transportation program, which gave me hope. Unfortunately, this experience has had the opposite effect and has made me hesitant to use the service again. I am sharing this feedback because I believe management should be aware of the situation and take the necessary steps to ensure the safety and comfort of residents and passengers. Safety should always be the top priority.

Their drivers need to be more aware of their surroundings. They shouldn’t have pulled out in front of me. There wasn’t time for them to do so and I almost rear ended them. They could have just waited since there were NO cars behind me! They then kept breaking for no reason. Maybe don’t drive irresponsibly with the business name on it.
