The staff seems to go out of their way in G unit to make sure the patients are taken care of. Angels!!! Adam/Penny's son

My mom was admitted to this facility after a fall that resulted in a broken hip and hip replacement. During her stay, she and several of our family members experienced verbal abuse. This included threats to withhold her meals unless certain conditions were met and threats to restrict family visits for unreasonable reasons. Although the nurse involved was subsequently fired, the problems with the administration continued. The facility itself is very new and attractive, but based on our experience, the staffing and management did not provide the level of professionalism, compassion, or trust that families should expect when caring for a loved one. Hope this helps when trying to make a very difficult decision.

My mom was placed at the cottages after a second hospital stay the admin staff was very helpful with everything she said before we moved her there she prayed that she would try to be happy wherever it was to make it easy on us. She said she loves it so much all staff show love and respect to each resident. They always greet with a smile and a hug. She is extremely grateful and happy she is there. Donna Sinyard
