We have been looking for a memory care facility for my dad for a couple of months. I am happy say we are excited we have found a place he can call home and be cared for by a wonderful staff. Our tour included talking to many residents who seem to be outgoing and happy. The facility is the cleanest we visited and had no smelly smells. The cottages are nicely appointed in the common areas, and there are plenty of activities to keep my dad engaged and appropriate staffing. April was a wealth of information and it was an easy decision to move my dad to The Cottages once we finished out tour.

As someone who has spent a great deal of time in assisted living and memory care communities—both professionally and personally—I can honestly say that The Cottages at Belleair has some of the happiest residents I have ever encountered.<br><br>One of the things that makes this community so special is the incredible opportunity residents have to spend time outdoors on their beautiful, fenced campus. I truly believe there is something incredibly beneficial about being outside. Whether it's the positive effects on our nervous system, blood pressure, or simply our overall emotional well-being, I know I always feel better when I'm able to feel the breeze, listen to the birds, and take in the blue sky and trees. The residents at The Cottages enjoy that experience every day in a way that is unlike any other community I've visited, and I believe it has a meaningful impact on their happiness and quality of life.<br><br>The staff I've worked with have been wonderful. The level of compassion, patience, and genuine care is evident the moment you walk through the doors. Jawanda and Crystal are absolute rockstars. Their hearts are fully invested in the residents, and it shows in every interaction. They create an environment where residents are treated with dignity, warmth, and respect, and where families can have confidence knowing their loved ones are truly cared for.<br><br>The Cottages at Belleair is a truly special place, and I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a memory care community where residents can thrive.

I recently had the opportunity to spend time at The Cottages at Belleair and wanted to share what a lovely experience it was. As someone who works closely with assisted living communities throughout the greater Tampa Bay area, I visit many facilities regularly, and this community truly offers a warm and welcoming environment for its residents.<br><br>The team is attentive, compassionate, and focused on creating a comfortable atmosphere where residents feel supported and cared for. It’s clear that the staff genuinely wants the best for the people who call this community home. I would absolutely recommend this community to families searching for a caring and supportive place for their loved one’s next chapter.
