I recommend Cortlandt Healthcare to anyone who desires a facility that cares about their residents and goes above and beyond to ensure the residents and their loved ones are a priority and received the BEST care ever! Special shoutout to Amiel! Wow! That young man is awesome! So dedicated and willing to assist in making sure my dad was comfortable and well cared for! My dad speaks VERY highly of that young man so THANK YOU AMIEL for caring and all you do!!

I arrived at Cortlandt Healthcare as an invalid from 8.5 months of muscle loss from Hudson Valley Hospital. I had to "relearn" how to use my muscles again. It was a daunting task. I was unable to do anything on my own since I was an invalid. 6 weeks at Hudson Valley Hospital and the rest (about 3 months) at Cortland Healthcare I am upright, fully mobile (with a walker) and independent again. I cannot praise their physical therapy, occupational health and their nursing approach & support enough. I gave them 5 stars. I am humbled by their dedication & compassion.

Attentive to patients needs and concerns. Offers help willingly. Exhibits patients when handling patients concerns and fears. Cortlandt concierge Nayeli amazing sense of humor and made my stay pleasurable. Thank you Cortlandt

My husband spent at least two months at this facility. I can’t say enough positive things about it. He received excellent care by the nurses and aides. He got much stronger from all his therapy which was provided 6-7 days each week. They were also very accommodating to provide a single room for my husband which really helped to provide him the privacy he wanted. I researched 5 different facilities and chose Cortlandt Health. It was definitely the right choice for us. I have also recommended this facility to two of my close friends. Special shout out to Lynette for all she did to work with us during his stay. I highly recommend this facility to everyone who needs this service. It definitely provides not only the medical care their patients need but also a personal family type of environment. Thank you for everything you all did for us. We really appreciate it.

The staff here were pleasant, polite, and helpful. They took good care of my mother and for the most part were available to answer questions. The place is clean and it looks like they do the best to keep residents and families comfortable. Special thanks to Nayeli for making my mother company, translating English words for her, and making her feel less lonely.
