Our goal is keep my Mom in her home and Cornerstone is helping us do that. From my first call Meghan and Alyssa have been responsive and compassionate. Alyssa assured us that she had the right caregivers on staff and would find a good match for my Mom and that she did. Doris has been caring and respectful since day one. She not only cares for Mom's daily needs, she is has become her new best friend. Doris goes above and beyond for her. Having someone like Doris taking care of Mom hasn't only effected Mom's life in a positive way, but our lives as well. Caregiving your parent is difficult, with Cornerstone and Doris' help I am able to do less caregiving and spend more time being a daughter.

Cornerstone has gone above and beyond. Alyssa met my friend at the hospital to iron out details prior to discharge and helped create a safe transition for him back into the community. Doris is an amazing human being and team leader. Along with Kristy and Liam, she provides exceptional care for my friend. They are reliable, organized, and genuinely compassionate in everything they do. From preparing nutritious meals and assisting with bathing and personal care to keeping the home clean and comfortable, they always ensure he is treated with dignity and respect.<br><br>Doris leads with patience and kindness, and Kristy and Liam work seamlessly with her to create a supportive, positive environment. Their teamwork and dedication truly stand out, and I highly recommend them to anyone seeking caring, dependable PCAs.

I was nervous about what to expect but Alyssa put alll of my concerns to bed. Just takes one conversation to understand she was on the same page, My families care is what is most important. She assigned us a care plan and care team. She got along well with my family and treated us like people who she enjoyed to help through out the whole process. I am glad it is people like her who are there to help those around her.

I was referred to your company after reaching out to someone for help with my wife, and they provided me with your contact information.<br>However, after taking some time to read through your reviews, I noticed something that raised concerns for me. It seemed unusual that a negative review was posted and then followed by a sudden wave of positive reviews on the same day. That pattern makes me a bit uncomfortable.<br>I value working with companies that are transparent, trustworthy, and able to handle criticism in a genuine way.
