My wife and I slipped on ice and both of us broke our femurs. We spent 3 days before and after Surgery before we were transferred to an acute rehab for 17days. This meant we would be sent to our house without any support. Fortunately, someone told me about the great service Cornerstone Home Aides provided and in one phone call I met with an advisor and everything was schedules. A company is only as good as their employees and we had 4 of the most caring and professional aides covering our schedule and are still with us. I have to say Thank You to Maria, Domigas, Isabel and Taikai for all you do everyday.

Would give 0 stars if possible. The way they treat their employees is deplorable and disheartening. For a company that is supposed to focus on the well-being of others, they sure manage to do the opposite. They only care about money and keeping their revenue going. While it’s important to keep a business afloat, the way the higher ups treat their employees is disgusting. Would be very mindful about choosing to work with this company as they do not care about their own staff. They should do better if they want to keep this going long-term!

I am a 73-year-old man been in the rehab three times so far this past year. with the help of fantastic physical therapist at the rehabs I've been able to walk again and they've taken care of my many urinary and catheter needs. thank God. I would normally give everyone a five-star rating and the young woman that was taken care of me from your Norwood location was very good with purchasing clothes and shopping for me except she may have been too immature to handle some of my somewhat medical needs and that is a shame. I feel devastated that she accused me of sharing too much I have a large prostate and spasms in my urethra. I suppose she should not be allowed to do those things. perhaps she's just not qualified. so then cornerstone twisted everything around and thought I was perpetrating an inappropriate act albeit verbally. but there was no inappropriate discussion. The only thing I can think of is the maturity level of their employees must be at a higher level to deal with these matters even if it was 10 minutes from a 2-hour session. I will be posting this horrific allegation against me in the Norwood newspaper and neighboring publications of the Copley press. this is a very sad thing that happened defaming my character to be followed up with civil litigation. Again I say ...this is very sad.
