My grandpa just recently stayed here the staff is nice he doesn’t like nursing homes, but if he has to go he only agrees to go here after many diffferent nursing home stays. The quality of care is good and they even made sure he had what he needed after the stay.

Brookside Commons was a very clean and pleasant from the staff to the rooms. Everyone was very nice and attentive to my mother’s need and wants. They made sure she was comfortable and satisfied throughout each day. The prom she attended really put her in better spirits and put a really big smile on her face and mine. After her discharge they checked on her well being numerous times and offered their assistance with anything she needs even with her being home. Thank you all for a job well done #nurse Gloria, Reggie and Kelly. Pct#I don’t know the young ladies name, but from her first night they were all absolutely amazing!!!! Thank you all again so very much. Ms Emma and daughter.

Good place but my family and I did see the change in quality. My grandmother received great care in the early stages of her stay but the staffing shortage is what lead us to bringing her home. I definitely appreciate the staff that went out of their way to attend to my grandmother and made her stay as comfortable as possible.

My dad was here for physical therapy after 2 hospital stays in a row. I was nervous because it's hard to find a good facility. But the place is clean and the rehab and nursing staff were all friendly and worked well with my dad! I would recommend them if you or a loved one is ever in need!!

My daughter-in-law was there for 4 weeks She has end stage liver. She's only in her 40s and needs to get stronger. The first time I went to visit her, some lady at the desk was standing and started yelling at me asking me, where did I come from. I'm handicapped and I was walking with a cane and she wouldn't stop screaming at me and I had to tell her, I was sorry, one of your employees open the door for me because he can see me struggling and carrying things. I said I was sorry three times and she wouldn't stop yelling. She was a well-dressed black woman with short blonde hair. 3 weeks later they messed up her insurance and didn't ask for more time. My son had a drop everything at work and go get her last week, because somebody messed up in the office and didn't extend more days. this is the last thing she needs to be home. she needs to be stronger. Even the social worker walked in her room, after she was in there almost a month and says, oh you need a liver transplant, So insensitive!! even one of the nurses says you can't walk, and walks out of the room. She's been home for 5 days now and getting weaker. My son comes home yesterday to a $5,000 bill because of the girls at this place messed up the extended stay. this girl needs to get stronger every day. she needs physical therapy everyday, she can't walk. because somebody's negligence. They don't care about somebody's life. Don't ever send anybody to this place.... It doesn't even deserve one star. but I had to put it to write something. with end stage you have less than a year to live and she already is going into the fourth month and needs a liver. this place was so unprofessional and they don't know what they're doing
