Service was good. I told them my medical was through the VA, they said no problem, next thing i get a bill for over $ 8000 because I have no medical coverage. The lack of responsibility is unreal. I should of nowen better and went to Essentia health in Virginia. l have no problems there.

Has to be one of the worst hospitals in Minnesota almost every nurse there is unbelievably rude SUPER slow at treating patients and you wait hours before anyone of the staff talks to you, to top it all off takes for ever to get your meds

Unfortunately, I found myself in pain again for the second night in a row so I decided to drive myself to the ER. That is the last place I want to be but I forced myself to go. I was greeted by an unfriendly nurse who was not happy to see me. She brought me to a room and asked all the questions. Then when it was decided she would call the doctor in she had to tell me that she will have to call and wake the doctor up in a snarky tone at me. It was decided that I would have a CT scan, once again I was told that the tech will need to be called at home and woken up just to come in and do my scan. I get it nurse, you were not happy I was there. Her comments started to eat at me and make me feel even worse because I did not want to be there in pain I wish I didn’t go in. The only person who treated me with respect and compassion was Lena, the ultrasound tech! Lena you have no idea how much you helped me when you came in. You were the angel I needed at that time and I thank you so much! It is nice to have an ER in such a small community but would be better if the nurse showed more kindness, respect and compassion! I wish I remembered her name but I guess I blocked it out because I do not want to remember you as a person but I will remember the way you made me feel. I was referred to Essentia Health for surgery and have nothing but great reviews for everyone there!

Hi dear cook hospital this is Weston Keith walds great nephew and my mom aka his niece We just wanted to say again thank you for taking such good care of him letting us able to see him get past his 75th birthday and thanks to you guys we were able to spend much needed time with him 🙏 so thank you. Best service ever,and there bed side matter was perfect, thank you so much for everything you have done for me, awesome people, it's nice to know that there are still great people who care about there jobs , and treat the patients like they want to be treated, again I can't say enough about how great these people treated me and I am so happy that there are still people out there in today's workforce that really put the patients first thank you get job well done
