If you love your family member and truly care about their well being do not put them in this facility. If they are currently there I highly recommend you moving them to one of the many other places in town! I haven’t been in such a poorly ran facility in years. Please beware and make sure your loved one get the care and treatment they need and deserve at one of the better facilities in the area!

Both my parents were in the facility back when n January. My mom had to stay longer and my dad didn't want to leave her. My sister and I talked to a lady there I believe her name was Sam) and they told us that my dad could stay but we would have to pay 300 dollars for one day before the VA picked up the rest of the days. My mom passed away in January a week after they got home and we have gotten a bill from willowhaven twice now for 1600 dollars stating that we have to pay this because the VA didn't cover it. My sister and I both were in the meeting we had with willowhaven stating that we would just need to pay the 300 for ONE day. Now they're telling my sister that they can't talk to her because she's not authorized on the account. Well good luck with that seeing as how she controls all my dad's checking account. I wouldn't reccomed this place. There is way too much turnover and deception going on. Do better willowhaven!!

Not a good place nursing is awful the food services nasty they will neglect you and not answer your call light and doesn't answer the phone especially after hrs.
