My mother came from Jersey shore to this facility. She was very pleased. It was very clean. She couldn’t walk and within four weeks she was up and walking around and released from the facility. All the nurses and the staff were very nice and accommodating to her and very helpful the physical therapy people were amazing as well Weir definitely recommend.

I just wanted everyone to know how grateful and thankful my family and I are for Concord Rehab for taking care of my Father when he was sick over the past few months. They truly are amazing people and staff all around. Thank you to the Rehab department, nursing, and CNAs for caring for our father and treating him like family. They went above and beyond keeping him happy and comfortable. Most of all, thank you to Jay the administrator for taking the time to be sure our dad was ok & in the best care up until the end. Thank you all again from the bottom of our hearts. ur an amazing team and facility. GOD BLESS.

My mom was in the care of Concord for 4-5 weeks while recovering from pneumonia. The care team of nurses, PTs and techs were very friendly and helpful; many going out of their way to make my mom and her room mate comfortable. Judy was amazing! She always made sure that my mom and her room mate had hot tea in the morning; even made arrangements for this on her days off! She misses them all. The only thing we didn't like was the food that was provided. Many times my mom's meals came to her cold and salty.

My husband is currently recovering from a stroke at Concord, and I cannot express enough gratitude for the care he is receiving. From the moment we arrived, the entire team- nurses, therapists, and aids- has been compassionate, attentive,and incredibly supportive durning such a difficult time.THE rehabilitation staff is exceptional and really focuses on his specific needs, helping him make wonderful progress. The facility itself is beautiful, clean, bright,which brings us so much peace of mind.l highly recommend Concord to any family looking for a dedicated and loving place for their loved one’s recovery.Thank YOU Mrs Santillo

I have to say Concord deserves a 10-star review. The staff, the cleanliness of the facility, and the care they show are all amazing. My mom has been in and out of rehab, and I truly think I finally found the one we’ll keep coming back to. We’ve been through a couple of others, but this one really stands out. The facility has been beautifully updated within the last year, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the food is actually very good. My mom is a very picky eater, so that says a lot. If you need a place for your family member, don’t hesitate to bring them here — you’ll be very satisfied with the care and experience they provide.
