It doesn’t matter where you go or places are should help and they’re doing the very best that they can with what they have to work with my mom is there and she’s very tough on the food. She gets wherever she goes she said Bar their food is the best, which makes me happy to hear. My mother recommended Carmela Posey.

I am rating this facility with no STARS however I had to give them something in order to post a review. My father was here for less then 48 hours. He was walking and using the bathroom and placed in a bed in a diaper. This was a question I had asked prior to him arriving.I removed him via calling and he passed away with him 4 days. This facility should not be able to operate. 100% unclean and horrible nursing care (however one nurse made a comment that I needed to to get my out of there). Removing him was very very difficult. Also the videos posted look nothing like this father out of here.of this facility.) I would not recommend this or any Complete Care Rehab or Nursing home. Our loved ones deserve much better than this.

My mother stayed here after an illness and stay at a hospital. After her discharge she was sent to a different facility where she did get better. She was sent back to the hospital with the same issues then sent to Complete Care. She finally received the correct care. The nurses, aides, and management made the difference. Today she is home because of everyone at Complete Care. They are amazing and dedicated professionals to the Care and well-being of the patients and residents there.

The unit nursing and support staff are dedicated, caring, and professional. I can only thank them for the work they do each day. The concern I have is for the structural atmosphere within the unit. The carpet needs to be removed. Cleaning it is not an option. Tables, chairs, and table trays need to be cleaned or replaced. Walls need fresh paint or wallpaper. Toilets need to flush consistently. The counter and nursing station sink needs a good look. The area is musty and deserves a more inviting refresh, remodel, and update for that dedicated staff and its residents, family members, guests, and potential new residents with family members. I am hoping this reaches someone so some actions may be taken. The staff is wonderful and they and the residents may appreciate a fresher cleaner look in their living and working environment.

The facility is kept very clean and the decor is bright and cheery. The staff is very personable, helpful and there is always someone there if you need something. They are very caring, kind and understanding in their treatment of my mother-in-law. I would recommend Complete Care at Shorrock Gardens to anyone looking for a quality rehab for their family member.
