Complete Care at Ocean Grove took care of my mother the Late Lily Jones. The staff on the first floor did their best to take care of my mom who passed away (2/27/3026)as well as other residents, and I will continue to stop by and see the staff as well as my God brother who took care of my mother, Ray Ledet, and other residents that I became friendly with over the past 2 1/2 years

Staff from Admissions and Administration were helpful and accommodating during the difficult and emotional process of getting our Mom moved into and settled at Complete Care in Ocean Grove. The staff tending to our Mom include many kind and caring medical professionals who work hard to make her feel comfortable, heard and valued.

I truly can’t put into words how grateful I am for the exceptional care my mother received. Every single person on the team—from the nurses and aides to the front desk and support staff—showed such genuine compassion and dedication. They consistently went above and beyond, making sure she felt safe, comfortable, and cared for at all times. My mother was always treated with the utmost dignity, respect, and kindness, and that meant everything to our family.

Love it here! The activities department could not be better! They play bingo 3 times a week, with about 5 activities everyday!! Huge shout-out to Raj, Mary Ann, Edia, and Maggie for making everyone’s days fun!! The kitchen staff is amazing too. Most of the food I would actually pay for! Huge shoutout to Steve from the kitchen. I had a problem with the food there. Not only did he solve it as soon as he found out, he came 3 times in 3 days to check on me. Even brought me extra cookies! Shoutout to the CNAs Simone and Yvonne for going above and beyond to help us! And to the nurses Wilson and Tyree for keeping us healthy! Thank you Complete Care Ocean Grove for Completely Caring!

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Complete Care at Ocean Grove as a vendor, and it’s always a great experience. The staff is amazing—friendly, professional, and truly wonderful to work with.
