I am currently looking into rehabilitation options for myself on a short-term basis. What surprised me is that you have only posted a photo of the building—and nothing else. I could have found a photo like that on Google Maps; however, there are absolutely no photos of the patients rooms, dining areas or the rehabilitation gym where exercises equipment performed. You must admit, it looks more like a secretive correctional facility. I would appreciate more information—for instance, whether or not you have any assistive medical devices available, or if you have specialists in the field of orthopedics on staff. I have knee problems and require orthopedic therapy.so please, can you improve your site's?

The nursing department at this facility has been extremely unprofessional. My aunt is currently a patient there, and there has been a consistent lack of communication. There is little to no documentation unless it appears to be done after the fact, seemingly to cover mistakes. My aunt has repeatedly complained that her call light is not being answered and that she is not receiving proper hygiene care, including regular showers. The only staff member she has acknowledged as being helpful is CNA Mary on the day shift. I personally had to request a care plan meeting, and if it were not for the assistance of the social worker, Alexis, on the second floor, that meeting likely would not have taken place. Additionally, the Director of Nursing does not return calls from patient family members. When I was finally able to reach her and explained that I had been trying to contact her, her response was dismissive and unprofessional, stating, “I’m on here now, how may I help you?” without acknowledging the lack of prior communication. The night supervisor also contacted me and was very rude, speaking to me in a disrespectful manner and telling me what I “need to do,” rather than addressing my concerns appropriately. Due to these ongoing issues, I am in the process of removing my aunt from this facility. Based on our experience, the level of care and professionalism here is unacceptable.

Shoutout to Naisha I think she is the Administrator? — anyways she’s truly one of the best. Super responsive, caring, and actually gets things DONE. You can tell she really advocates for residents and families. Also love Qiana in Infection Control — always on top of everything & keeps the place feeling safe and organized. And Michael the assist admin is one of my faves too — very approachable and helpful every time. The team here really makes a difference!!!!!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I recently visited this facility while helping a friend find placement for her mother, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Seeing such a well kept and INVITING nursing center is highly unlikely these days.
The Administrator Nyesha Lee (hope I spelled that correct 🤭)and a man who I believed name was Michael were both extremely welcoming, knowledgeable, and professional. They took time to answer questions and made a very stressful process feel much easier and more supportive. Making a decision to place your loved ones in a facility is a very difficult decision. They presented the facility as if it was the HOME away from “HOME”
With having a clinical background, One thing that stood out immediately was how well the infection control program is managed. The signage throughout the building was clear and posted and you can tell they take safety and resident health very seriously. The room we toured was also very clean, organized, and well maintained. AND SMELLED FRESH!!!!!!!

It was clear that the leadership and the staff cares about both residents and families and visitors too!!!Thank you to Nyesha Lee, Michael, and the entire team for the kindness and professionalism shown during our visit. It made a lasting impression!

5 star service all around. I was nervous about trusting a new home for my grandfather but they assured good service and they delivered. Ask for Naisha she will get you right!
