They take much too much time to answer their call when the patient pushes their button because of the patient's needs. When they do come in to ask the patient they don't look happy they just turn around and they leave but they do come back in 4 minutes or 5 minutes again not acceptable. We only been there four days and we do have a male nurse who understands and tends to her needs which is what we appreciate . I must admit there was a toss up between rehabs but I do question my selection at this time. I'm hoping the next couple of days all will be better but if not there is another place I could bring her that has a a five rating.

I would absolutely recommend Complete Care at Laurelton to a loved one. From the moment I walked in the door Danielle made me feel welcomed and confident that this facility does things right. Her team not only ensures their patients are well taken care of but they strive to bring out the best in each patient any way they can!

Please do not send your loved one here!! My mother was here less then 24 hours and we had called 911 to have her taken back to the hospital. She was completely unsafe and in danger. When I first arrived after she was admitted I heard someone screaming HELP ME!! It turned out it was my mother. She was very uncomfortable so they gave her a pain killer. She eventually dozed off and I left for the evening. I had called in the early morning hours to see how she was and was told they “sedated” her. I got there very early later that morning to find my mother crying out in pain again and no one was helping her. While I was trying to find someone to answer my questions my wife arrived and went into her room and found her calling out that she wanted to die. Earlier that morning someone had tried to feed her solid food and left a chunk of food in her mouth. I had to alert the nurses and it was then that they swept her mouth taking out the un-chewed food. I asked to speak to someone about someone leaving food in her mouth and the director of nurses, Kianna, came in to my mother’s room with a very bad and defensive attitude. She said there wasn’t anything in my mothers mouth. When we asked her questions about what was going on with my mother she was more worried about covering up and making excuses. When we asked to speak to the doctor in charge Kianna said do you want me to call 911 and you can take her out??? That was the only thing she did that was right because a half hour later she was back in the er with 101.6 fever and tested positive for the flu. No one even realized at the facility that my mother was sick. Also when the nurse went to draw blood at the hospital she found a tourniquet that was left tied tightly to my mothers upper arm. The nurses were actually appalled at the neglect. My mothers arm was swollen and in pain because of their negligence. We spoke to the head director and he seemed like he couldn’t care less about any of this that was going on. This facility needs to be reported ASAP!!!!!!

My abuela Doris has been at the facility for over 2 years and in the recent months I’ve seen such a positive change. We recently took her out on pass for the holiday and saw for ourselves the improvements she’s been talking about. Akisha has been wonderful along her staff Rosa, Chana, Daisy and especially Mercy. The Director of Nursing Kiana is involved and attentive responding to any concerns us family have immediately especially since we are out of state. I can’t forget both receptionist named Mary and Danielle from the front office they are always sweet and welcome us with friendly vibes. Therapy Department is AMAZING she loves Scott and Kristen and is thankful for all they’ve done. One constructive suggestion the kitchen meals need a little improvement in variety, taste and presentation. Overall we are grateful for my cousin Cristina the activity director for recommending the facility she works at because this long transition for my abuela has been life changing.
