This facility provides the necessary amenities and care for my mother’s medical needs. Over the past 6 months my mother has acclimated and transitioned well to her new living environment. In addition, there are a multitude of events and daily activities for patients to attend or participate in. I’d like to thank all the staff members, ( Nurses, CNA’s, PT, administrators, MD’s APRN’s, Housekeepers, Kitchen Staff, Grounds Keepers and Engineering staff) for all the wonderful work that they provide. Thank you so much Kimberly Hall-North for making the quality of life much better for my mom and our family.

I came too Kimberly Hall North for short-term rehab,I gotta say that my nurse Michelle was very kind and gave me my meds on time, she's going to be missed as Im going home on Sunday,May 24th,2026 back for further rehab.My other nurse Kelly at night took care of me giving me my meds on time and caring for my needs.If I ever had a problem I would contact Kate,the Social Worker who is always positive for my needs.Also,I met all the workers and may have forgotten their name but I would ask them and again and again I asked their names with no problems.I would always get a smile from the people who said hi too me,guess what?,,I met with Stephanie who is Administrator and I had too con her in giving me a pink flower 🌺 too plant in my garden too remember the good times here at Kimberly Hall North.This is my second time here in less than a year because of a stroke that hit me twice.My other nurse who is unit manager,her name is Cheryl is also kind,friendly and helpful is always a watchful eye.Now the food is awesome like a 5 star restaurant,I've never refused any meal given too me.Everyone here,my doctors put me on the right medication and I feel good like a human, FINALLY!!!,I'm writing this review too tell the public that it's like a family here.,and one more thing,my physical therapy is going well. I have P.T.,O.T.,and Speech therapy every 3 too 4 times a week and I made progress in my walking, energy,and speaking clearly and getting better everyday at it.When I went too the hospital for a week I requested this rehab, Kimberly Hall North,since I remember the care I got from all of them the last time.This is a place where you have skilled workers doing their jobs too make you feel better,and believe me people whenever you need help,this is the place too come.I know it and I'm proud too tell you all about it.Remember,short term or lifetime,come too Kimberly Hall North for future help or retirement.Sincerely, Stephen Shackway II. If you want your relatives mistreated, ignored in their time of need, and have their belongs go missing then this is the place for you. The staff, other than the front desk, were extremely snappy and rude. If you don't like your job find another line of work instead of mistreating elderly patients. My grandmother went unfed for god knows how long, and in reports it was being said they were feeding her. Do not send your family member here if you care about their wellbeing. I went to visit my relative every day for a week and not once did I witness the staff attempt to feed her. The only time I had a "positive" interaction with anyone here was getting b.s sympathy when she finally had passed and it's a relief to me she doesn’t have to live in such a terrible facility anymore.

Amazing warm hearted staff. With the start of Kelly… you truly have a heart of gold. To Kate… appreciate you more than you know. And to everyone else I had contact with. Apologize as names left me but you all will be remembered and keep being amazing. Your jobs are not easy but the care you give is just the best.

I thought it was a very nice clean facility. The staff was friendly. Patients would speak. This is my mom, Mary Matthews who was just brought in yesterday, 8/14/2025. Thank you all for caring. 9/1/25 - I visited with Ma today it was positive. I braided her hair. She was getting ready to eat lunch . I had prayer with mom always before I leave. Thank you all for caring for her. 9/10/2025 - I had a nice visit with Ma, she laughed and talk with me we looked at videos on the phone and had some laughs. Before I departed for the evening we had prayer. God is a good God. The Loves you Ma, be blessed at all time. AMEN HALLELUJAH. 9/17/2925 - We thank God for His goodness and His mercies towards us all day. We give Him praise. Thank God for my mother being positive. She loves the Lord. I try to keep her encourage Everytime I go up to see her. It's a blessing. I pray mom will get better. Thank you all for taken care of her. May God bless you all real good. AMEN! PRAISE THE NAME OF JESUS.
