This place is horrible. I was there for a week for rehabilitation. I wanted to leave and they wouldn't let me leave like they were holding me hostage. Also I tried to get up and I fell on the floor I' rang the bell, I was on the floor for quite some time before somebody came to help me Keep your family members out of there. Look for another place and the workers are not professional., also the day I got there I wanted a cigarette and they told me no smoking on a premise that's understandable, well, so I tried to get out of bed that evening when I got there, and I had one of the aides pushed me in the corner, that was never reported that was a hush. This home help facility is a nightmare

I’m writing this review with deep frustration and concern about the horrific care my brother received at this rehabilitation facility. From the moment he arrived, the level of neglect was appalling and completely unacceptable. My brother was admitted with multiple traumatic injuries — a broken pelvis, a femur broken in three places, a broken shoulder, and a fractured lower back. Despite the severity of his condition, he was placed on deflated and broken air mattresses — it took five separate mattresses before he was given one that actually worked. Even then, it was so inadequate that our family had to buy a mattress topper ourselves to help ease his pain. Medication administration was a nightmare. He was regularly left waiting hours for pain relief, and when he called for nurses, they often took an extremely long time to respond — or didn’t show up at all. To make matters worse, one of his prescribed medications was completely overlooked, and he still hasn’t been put back on it. This kind of oversight is not just careless — it’s dangerous. Hygiene and cleanliness were equally unacceptable. Showering was rare, even when requested. The facility was filthy, with a used bedside commode left in his room for long periods until we repeatedly asked for it to be cleaned. My mother had to come every day to change his sheets herself, because the staff simply wouldn’t. And after all this, when he was finally discharged, he was sent home without any of the necessary medical equipment. No wheelchair. No walker. No commode. Nothing. We had to buy all of it out of pocket, and the equipment the facility was supposed to provide didn’t show up until a full week later. This was hands down the most unprofessional and neglectful facility I’ve ever encountered. The level of disregard for patient safety, comfort, and basic dignity is beyond alarming. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, and I sincerely hope this review leads to real accountability and change before more patients are harmed.
